How do I send money from Paypal to Pix users in Brazil?

My account is US-based and I would like to send money to recipients in Brazil who use a service called Pix.  The Brazilian Paypal is integrated and can do this easily.  How do I do it from my US account?  thanks

It has been there for months and no reply.
