How to ask buyer to confirm receipt when paid through Credit Or Debit card not paypal account

A client of mine paid through Credit card link to make the payment and not using paypal account. How do i ask to confirm the receipt, do I just wait for paypal to email my client?
Note: its been 3 days email should have come in

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks releasing a recent hold. Unfortunately, if the buyer paid as a guest, there's not an option to confirm receipt of a purchase. Here are some other options to help release your payment hold.
