How to change credit card currency conversation permanently?

Hello,

Every time I make a payment, PayPal wants to charge me from my credit card currency other than USD. and paypal's exchange rate is terrible!!!. I mean it really terrible. It is 20% more than the actual rate. I want PayPal to charge me USD and to do this, I have to change currency conversation every time before making payment. 

Before I remember there was an option to change the credit card currency to USD permanently on the pre-approved payment page, so I don't have to do it every time. Now this option does not display there. it's gone!!!! 

Paypal if you are reading this post, your customer service mgmt is terrible. There is no way I can contact paypal other than disputing a transaction. This is awful!!! Horrible!!! this is how you ruin your reputation!!!

PayPal has been using dynamic currency conversion for years now. There’s no more option to set it permanently through our PayPal account. You have to remember to select to pay in the seller’s currency every time with the View currency conversion options link during checkout OR ask PayPal support to set your particular card to charge always charge in USD permanently. If you need to change it to a different currency permanently later, you’ll have to contact support to set the currency again. Your choice.
