I completely understand your concern regarding the payment, and I would be frustrated if I were in your shoes. I am sorry for what happened, and I know it is unacceptable. In this situation, I would suggest that you contact the DHL team so that they can help you with the best options for you. As DHL team should have the option to create a new billing agreement from their end. It could be possible that DHL may have a block set up on their website. I appreciate your kind understanding in this matter.

Still a problem in 2023. How hard is it to put in a feature request to simply delete inactive payments?
