I understand that you're trying to receive money. Thanks for reaching out to us here and showing your interest in PayPal. Unfortunately, at this time your country doesn't have an option to receive money, you can only send money from your PayPal account using your linked card. PayPal is constantly looking for ways to expand our product and service availability globally.
