How to use PayPal while on holiday abroad?

Hello, I will be on holiday abroad for 4 weeks. How can I still use my PayPal for online purchases if I need to purchase something back home? Roaming is not an option as the cost for that long is too much. And I won't have a local number as it's a data only sim there. Thanks
