I have money currently sitting in my Paypal, why does Paypal still take money out of my linked bank account to pay for things instead of using the balance I have sitting there.
Have you done this? Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option?
Also make sure the funds are cleared and not pending + in the correct currency the recipient is requesting.
