I cannot receive my payment as it gets constantly declined

Hello,
Actually I had created my PayPal account to receive a payment from a Passive earning website called Honeygain. It has now been over 3 weeks but my payment constantly gets declined.

I added my bank account, my card as well as converted my personal PayPal account into that of a business. But I'm still unable to receive the payment. Please help 🙏
