I got refund from Namecheap in May but now my PayPal balance is 0.00

Hello everyone, last month I made a mistake and paymet to namecheap some amount of money but they have sent me back, and in PayPal there is that activity. But now my PayPal balance is empty. What is wrong? Where is the money?

Did it come out of your bank account or Credit card?   Usually PayPal refunds returns to the original payment source so if you pay with CC it will go back there, Bank account there, etc.

It came from the bank account but there is nothing came back from namecheap, not any transactions have been applied in the May.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with a refund made to you via PayPal. 

As highlighted by @nicklinn, refunds are credited to the original funding source. Thank you for your help @nicklinn. 

If you paid using your bank account, your refund will be returned to the same bank. Refunds to bank accounts can take 5-7 working days. For more information on this, see: Where is my refund? (paypal.com)
