I put the wrong tracking number on an item. How do I change it to the right tracking number?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Sorry to hear you logged in the wrong tracking number. If you add a second tracking number, the system should read the most recent tracking number to release any holds and should also update the customer as well with the new tracking.
If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. They can be reached by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
