I received money (shown in "Insights - Money in") but is not shown in the "PayPal Balance"?

Hello,
Today I received money (the amount shown in "Insights - Money In). Why is the specified amount not shown in the balance that I can make new payment?

I do understand your concern with this. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like the payment you received may be temporarily placed on hold.
This can happen for several reasons, for example the funds have not yet cleared from the senders account, or the sender has opened a dispute on the payment. I would suggest you check your PayPal account notifications and the Resolution Center for further details.
