I've send money to a terminated Revolut account. It has been 13 days.

Revolut explained that the account does not exist and that the money should return to paypal.

Paypal said that i should request the money from Revolut.

 

This is revolut's response:

"There is nothing to worry. If the transfer was completed, it should take up to 5 working days for the funds to revert back into the sending bank."

 

This is paypal's response:

"I completely understand George, but as the money was already sent to that account, Revolut must send it back to PayPal.
Additionally you can request Revolut to instead of sending the money back, transfer the money to your new bank account.
Unfortunately there is nothing we are able to do once the money leaves your balance when it is sent to Revolut."

Can you confirm you live in Cyprus only there is an issue with non paypal supported countries using Cypriot accounts when they don't live there and that causes issues.
