In Saudi Arabia, withdrawing money gets declined, did any one solve it ?

I was trying to withdraw mony to my debt cards for alrajhi/sab/Stc pay but it alawys get declined, and I don't have american bank to link to, did any one mange this issue ?

Think it needs to be a credit visa in your country, maybe try that?

I even tried e-visa but still same issue

thanks alot, I have contected Customers support team and figure the issue the name in profile was different from mine in banks, fix it and transaction on it's way. Thank you all for support @PayPal_JonK @kernowlass

I am happy to help you with your inquiry here. Please be informed that the name registered on your PayPal account must match the name registered on your card. This is important because the name that you have listed on your PayPal account is the one used when sending transfer requests to your card. If the details registered with PayPal do not match the information which your card has on file, the transactions may be reversed. You should be having the same name on card and PayPal so that you can link them successfully.
