I have received money on my Paypal account and want to transfer it to my own linked bank account. However, I get the message: You’re transferring more than your yearly limit allows. Try a smaller amount. Is there really a yearly limit? I have only transferred 1000€. How can I access the money in my own Paypal account?

Hi, @Nina12311
Thanks for your post and welcome to PayPal community.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty moving money because of the withdrawal limit. For security reasons, there are initial limits on the amount of money you can withdraw from your PayPal account each month. Until you complete certain steps, you may be limited to the amount you can withdraw each month.
You can lift this limit by completing two steps listed below:
- linking and confirming your bank account
- verifying your credit or debit card information
I hope this information helpful!
