So I’ve had these transactions show up on my bank account in the past month from JPMC FBO instame which I googled and see is a PayPal related thing. Most people asking about it say they’re being charged though, whereas I am being given money from this account. I checked my PayPal account but there’s no transactions listed on my PayPal account for the amounts I’ve received. What’s happening? Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? Who do I talk to in order to find out where this money is coming from?
Mine was charge to my ck account, which as we have said shows a connection to paypal, but not shown on paypal. After reading other replies I did have a medical bill that was the amount and was the charge in question. So I'm assuming med bills or refunds come through this format. Don't understand it but atleast I know what it is.
For some reason when I paid a bill through my insurance this is the name that it was under when it appeared as a transaction in my bank account. I don't think this is Paypal related issue because I didn't pay through PayPal but it could have to do with a medical related bill? I would check your recent payments and see what could have this name attached to it. Very strange.
I just called my bank. They are automatic withdrawals. Mine was for my new prescription drug plan from Aetna. Wish it would just say that on the withdrawal.
