Money Withdrawal to Bank Issue, I haven't received any money or further news about this

I made a withdrawal to my local bank since 31 August, it's written the transfer is completed since 4 August and up to this day, I still haven't received my money. I checking my local bank and ask their customer service, they told me they didnt received any money from Paypal.
I try to ask the customer service thru msgs but they are all bots, they are never online, the resolution center itself doesnt help at all and somehow eventho this is a popular case where lots of ppl lost their money, paypal somehow doesnt have this issue as an option to get resolved. Only scam and hacking issues.
It's been 12 days, how does this get resolved?
To all of you that ever stumbled upon this, with "solved" status, have you actually ever received your money in your bank? And if you do, can u tell me how?

If the funds fail to transfer then allow 14 business days for them to bounce back to your paypal balance, if no sign after that contact customer services for a trace.

The transaction written as completed.
I would like to know, the specific count of the 14 days, is it from the day i send request to withdraw it or the day paypal give me notice fund has been received?
Because it has been 15 days since the day I request for withdrawal.
I see you are an esteemed advisor and pops in a lot in the community who faced the more or less same problem as me, can u tell me how many people that actually managed to get this problem solved and actually get their money to their bank?

Completed means paypal have completed your request to transfer the funds, it does not mean the funds are in your bank account as paypal would have no way to see your bank account !!
If its been over 14 days since you withdrew the funds then contact customer services for a trace as previously advised.
