Money is not getting withdrawn to my HDFC bank account

Hello All so I have linked my HDFC bank account but the withdrawal is not happening for some reason and Paypal doesn't let me set my bank account as preferred and I get this error ( Please check the ScreenShot attached) ... Could anyone please help me? And I can't use Manual transfer as that is disabled for Indian users.

Did you confirm your bank account after adding it?
