I’ve received money from Italy to Kuwait but I don’t understand how much fee I have to pay.

See Fees chart. Your country code is KW which does not have friends and family option to receive payments so have to accept goods and services payments.

You pay the commercial fee (4.40% + fixed fee), plus applicable currency conversion fee (4.0%) which is built into the exchange rate.
