Move money from linked Virtual Visa to Paypal's debit card

I just linked a Virtual Visa to my Paypal account.  The Virtual Visa is just that- VIRTUAL, so I'm trying to get the funds that are on the electronic virtual Visa to be transferred to my Paypal debit card.  I have a physical Paypal debit card that I want to use, so that I can use the physical card to charge transactions at a physical store.  How can I move my funds over to the Paypal debit card?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I understand you're looking to move your funds from your Virtual Visa card over to your PayPal debit card. Since your PayPal Debit Card is funded by your balance or a confirmed bank account, you would need to see if the option to add your funds from your card to your PayPal balance is an option. 

When adding funds to your PayPal account, if the card is eligible to add funds from, you'll see it presented after clicking "Transfer Money". If the card is not presented as an option, you may want to make sure it's confirmed. If it's still not available after confirming your card, the card would not be an eligible funding source you can use to add funds to your PayPal balance.
