My receiver can’t transfer the money to his bank account or do anything with it.

My receiver has the money in his account but can’t transfer it or do anything with it. How can I help him?

I do understand your concern about the receiver account. Please ask the receiver to contact us by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
