Need to refund a refund to shipper that actually DID send the item, just late.

I filed a complaint against a company that never sent the item. PP refunded the price, but the item showed up this morning! How can I return the refund?

Get seller’s PayPal email address by messaging them from original transaction and send them money using the Send feature of your PayPal account. Be sure to reference order number/add a description of what payment is for.
