No option to send money to family/friends

I cannot see any options to send money to family or friends. The default is paying for a service and it's not changeable. The account is associated with Kenya so i should have this option. Please help me solve this

Unfortunately the friends/family option is not available in every country, and its not available in yours.

@kernowlass Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, PayPal does not provide a list of countries with this transfer option. Only states that it's mostly in US and UK.

No they don't provide a list.

If you go to send funds > put in the email address of the recipient and then click continue and if its not showing as an option then sadly its not available in your country.
