No options for Personal Payments

Hello, I don't have any options in send and request page to send any type of personal payment. I searched and I should have options on the right side of the page to send to friends abroad, send an invoice etc. I only have option to send a invoice. when I am trying to send money to my friend it says it is "Goods and Services payment" which it is not. what should I do ? why I don't have any options ?

I was thinking maybe it depends the region. Cause my friend from USA has so many options and I am from country Georgia and I don't have any options

Not all countries have that option.

Also if you have a business account you can't 'receive' personal ie gift payments.
