Not Able to Receive Large Sum of Money on Paypal

I am not able to receive large sum on money on my Paypal. Customer sent me 1$ and transaction was successful but when he tries to send 240$, it is saying payment is not successful. What to do?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

I do understand your concern. When an transaction cannot be completed, it would typically mean there is an issue with the senders account not the receivers (you). I would suggest you contact the sender and advise them to check their PayPal account for any unresolved issues. 

If they require any assistance with sending the payment, please advise them to contact our customer support directly.
