Not Able to see confirm recipt button.

I recently maid a payment for some service and got everything i needed, the seller also put the order as processed but im not seeing any option to confirm the recipt so that seller can get his money.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing the 'Confirm Receipt' button within a transaction for a service. The button will appear 48 hours after the merchant as stated that the transaction was for a service. Keep in mind, the 'Confirm Receipt' button is not always available and you will not be able to see the button within the PayPal App.
