PayPal pay goods services option

I am trying to sell some things and I need to do the transaction through "PayPal Goods and Services". However, I looked through the entire site and am not able to locate it. I did youtube research and article research as well as looked through the "help" section PayPal offers and it explains how to locate it but in my Paypal, it's not coming up. I did a test transaction to see if it would appear and it does not. Is there a technical issue or do I need to install something? Please help!

Goods/Services Payments.

1. Invoice or Money Request you send to a buyer.
2. Send money > Goods/Services the buyer uses to send the funds to you.
3. Paypal.me link (if its a personal account then there should be the option to tick a box to make it a goods/services payment before the buyer submits payment).

Friends/Family Payments.

1. Send money > friends / family (or trusted person).
2. Paypal.me link from a personal account where you don't select the option to make it a goods/services payment.
