My verified PayPal bank account (preferred also) is not show when using XOOM. Contacted Xoom which sent me pack to PayPal.
What is going on here?
tried the same with PayPal resolution but as I entered the Xoom transaction reference I was asked to talk to XOOM
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
