I have used Paypal for selling digital products for years now. This is the first time my payment has been On Hold. And I am not sure why. I tried to update the info on the shipping of my virtual product, and Paypal gives me an error msg page. Technical Difficulties it says. This is beyond unacceptable. I need this money now. What is going on Paypal??
