Payment getting declined

I am trying to make a payment to Cloudways via my Debit Card but the payment is getting not going through with the error message, "Your Credit Card has been declined".

 

P.S I'm trying to make this payment from India and here we have to put in an extra OTP after providing the card details

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering an error when trying to send a payment. If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to make a payment, please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different internet browser to access your account. If you haven't already, I would recommend checking the card details and billing details. If the error still occurs, you may need to contact your card company and inquire about the decline. I hope this helps further.
