Payment not verifying on freelancer.com

I am from india

I have attached VISA Card which is international transaction enabled and card is from union bank of india

I am trying to verify my payment method on freelancer.com and when i do payment it does not accept that.

How to resolve this?

Country : India

Card Type : Debit Card (VISA) International Transaction Enabled

Bank : Union Bank of India
