Payment on hold when though buyer has received item

I've made a new PayPal and sent and posted an order to a person who ordered on Facebook I updated tracking as sent it says I should receive the money after 1 day of them received they have notified me they have received it but its not showing on PayPal Is their a way I can get it released sooner as I sold this item due to lack of funds please

Normally funds are released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day.
