Paypal keep on declining payment every time i try to make a purchase over 300 euros. I have followed their security requests for more id so my limit could be lifted but they still refuse to let me make payment. When i messaged them they said they are not sure of the reason and assume its a security measure, but i should find another way of paying the seller!!! I mean seriously what is the point of having a paypal account then????

Hi @ericvb1,
Thank you for your post!
I understand you are having issues sending a payment with PayPal.
I would ask that you ensure you are not using a VPN, please access your account using a secure device. Also, ensure the funding source you are using is confirmed on your account, see: How do I confirm my bank? & How do I confirm my card?
Please also ensure you have no account limitations. These are reflected on your PayPal Resolution Center when you select 'Go To Account Limitations'.
Also, you may need to verify your identity, in order to do this, see: How do I confirm my identity?
I hope this helps! Have a lovely day.
Rebecca
