Payment sent through G&S says completed, but seller claims they haven't recieved funds

Hello, I recently made a payment to a seller through PayPal using Goods & Services. It's an international transaction converting USD to Euro. The payment has said "Completed" on my end for 3 days now, and the money has been taken out of my bank account for that period of time as well, but the seller claims they haven't received the funds on their end yet. Is there something that needs to be done on either my end or the seller's end, or is it just a waiting game and hope it goes through soon? I understand payments can take a while to process, but my concern is that it's said the transaction is "Completed" and not on hold or processing. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

If its showing completed you have paid, paypal front payments from bank accounts and paypal take the wait for the funds to process to reimburse them.

If your seller has not received the funds then check that they can receive the currency that you have sent and that the email address you sent it to was correct without any typos.

If all correct then it would help if you said which country /currency you sent the funds to?

Thanks for your reply @kernowlass !

The email address is definitely the correct one and they confirmed they can take the currency sent. It's a transaction between the United States and Germany. The buyer is US located and the seller is located in Germany. They requested the money to be sent with Euros, so it was converted from USD.

In that case the seller has the funds, if they had not it would show as pending / unclaimed.

So maybe open a dispute for non receipt of item to try and get a refund of the funds?
