Paypal Refusing To Accept Discord Charges?

Immediately after new years discord stated they were unable to charge my paypal account, I've tried multiple times to use paypal on discord again afterwards but it declines every time. I have the money needed on my card and confirmed all my card information is still correct. I've also checked and confirmed my paypal still works on other sites but not discord. Any ideas why paypal's randomly decided to stop accepting charges from discord?

Nevermind, I've discovered the issue lay with my card provider and not paypal. Seems they blacklisted discord due to the amount of fraud cases they have with it as a whole. Calling them got it resolved, If anyone else has this problem this may be why.
