Paypal account in Ghana.

I have just opened my paypal account today because am a graphic designer and i have international clients who wants to pay through paypal but I have been denied for this reason am loosing some of them because paying me will be difficult.

Please what should to get my paypal accounts.

As far as I can see Paypal is not supported or available in Ghana !!
