Paypal business account,I don't have GST number. Am I able to recieve payments from twitch ?

i do streaming in twitch so I created a paypal business account but I don't have GST number. Am I able to recieve payments from twitch ? i hardly earn $50 per month, Is Gst necessary for it ?
