Paypal-mpesa website down

I have an issue with the Thunes website, I can access my PayPal but I cannot withdraw to mpesa, the website has been under maintenance for three days now, I don't have an equity account can I use Absa?? or when will the website be in order?

Thunes website is down without any much information to the end users.

Worse part is that they indicate that " Please visit this website again in a few minutes"  implying that the maintenance will only take minutes, yet a few days have already passed now. This is very frustrating, they should sort out this issue ASAP.

Safaricom customer care have assured me twice of a quick resolution, then the third time, I was asked to contact PayPal.
