Is anybody else having problems with transferring their funds to GCash? It says 'This service is temporarily unavailable due to PayPal system maintenance. Please check back later.' but I cannot find any this maintenance on PayPal status page. How long do you think this will last? Thank you!
I can't transfer my paypal funds to my gcash account. Please help! "We are unable to process your Paypal Cash-In request at the moment." NOTE: I've been receiving the same error message since Thursday (2019 October 3).
I was able to cash in the other day. But yesterday it stopped working... emailed G cash and they told me to contact pay pal. I wish they would tell us if there's going to be a system downtime 😡
I have been transferring funds from Paypal to Gcash since January this year and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. I tried to ask Gcash support regarding this but they kept on telling me to troubleshoot and unlink Gcash from my Paypal. I have been navigating both in the app and here on the website but I don't see any option that will allow me to do that so I can relink it again. I tried to unlink Paypal in my Gcash app instead but it required me to have another Paypal account which I do not have.
To anyone who has experienced this problem, were you able to resolve it already? How? I don't have an EON and my linked debit is from BDO. Any alternative pathway that does not have a 50 pesos fee too?
I was able to cash in again. When I tried to unlink Paypal from Gcash, I just answered Yes to the prompt. I used the same email as the existing one and was able to successfully relink again.
Can someone assist me, I already linked my Gcash to Paypal and I received an email notification, It says "
You've signed up for preapproved payments plan to G-Xchange, inc. with PayPal.
To view the details, log in on the PayPal homepage, go to your Profile, and click Preapproved Payments. Then find the Details page for G-Xchange, inc. However, I tried to find that on my Paypal account but can't locate, please advise.
