Paypal transaction record/ receipts not available after payment

Hello, i made a payment to my university 4 days ago, my bank account indicates the transaction was successful BUT i havent been able to get a receipt or notification from Paypal. Can you help?

Welcome to the PayPal Community. Sorry to hear you haven't received an email confirming the payment was sent. 

Usually, when a payment is sent, an email is sent to inform the receiver and sender. Have you checked your spam folder? I also recommend checking your notification preferences to ensure they are set to receive these notifications.
