Per App oder per Firefox, kann keine Zahlungen mit dem Geld auf meinem PayPal-Account tätigen

I have money on my PayPal account that I was first trying to pay privately, that didn't work not on the app, not in Firefox on Desktop. After that I gave up and was trying to pay on a site called Faceit, that also didn't work. My money is on my paypal account, so no bank is holding my money or anything, what is the issue here?

Are the funds in the correct currency for the person you are paying?

Have you marked your balance as your preferred funding source?
