I have a Paypal personal account, the sender have a business one.
They sent me money, but Paypal holding it still.
I updated tracking information, but it is a "virtual product" so i do not have any tracking number or something similar.
Is it possible if I got my money once, all money that i will get from this company in the future, Paypal will not holding it anymore, and i can use it instantly?
