I just got a pre paid pay pal card and my dad is trying to send me money but it won't let him why is this happening

Your dad is sending money to your PayPal account via your PayPal email address, right? Because he can’t send directly to the card. Once the money is in the PayPal account, then you can transfer funds from PayPal balance to the PayPal Prepaid card.

Are you over 18? Is your PayPal email address confirmed/verified? Have you verified your identity when activating and linking your PayPal prepaid card to your PayPal account? Did you read the instructions that came with the card?
