Recipient does not want to sign up to PayPal to receive money sent

I sent my daughter money through friends and family and she has not picked up funds because she does not want to set up PayPal account when will my money be returned

If its showing as pending/unclaimed on your side then it should time out at 30 days if she does not claim the funds.
