Refund don't get it more then 11days

I have ordered something but didn't got it after 20days . So I ask refund in dispute . The seller accepted it . So now I wait for the money. It says in transfer but is already more then 11days . I payed with a bank card . I have seen it takes max 7 days then till refund. But still no money. Can the seller scam me and don't send the money back? Or is paypal just slow on refund ?

hello @Lowvw , by credit card, a refund can take up to 30 days.

( that's not always the case either )

Refunds depend on the funding source used for the transaction.

If you paid by card, the refund is made directly to the same card. It appears on your bank statement within 30 days, depending on your card issuer. To find out more, contact him directly.
If the card you paid with is terminated or invalid, contact the issuer, as the money is still refunded to the associated account.
