I am being refunded for a purchase, but it is going to a bank account that has been closed. Can it be put into my PayPal balance or another bank account?
If it was to a bank account and not a card and is declined then it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 14 days and if no sign contact customer services for a trace.
