How do I calculate PayPal fees charged to my recipient if I'm sending money from a Singapore account to a Malaysia account? 'Friends and Family' isn't an option for both countries, so I'm paying under the default 'Goods and Services'.
I know there's a page explaining the fee structure but the PayPal fees charged exceeded what was stated when I checked the page. If I'm not mistaken, the fees charged should be 3.9% + RM2. But what my recipient was charged more than that. If possible, please just provide the formula for the fees charged for for sending money from Singapore to Malaysia. Thanks.
