Shortest possible hold time of received funds

So I received my first payment from my customer a few days ago. It was put on hold and I added tracking address. I knew that it can take up to 21 days. But, how long is the shortest possible hold time for it? Or how long is the usual hold time?

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. They can validate the tracking information online, so once it is delivered they can release the funds. Normally 24 hours after delivery.
