This is their way of somehow making money, or maybe a muck up that they don’t want to admit to.

Holding on to our irs deposits is actually against the law according to the FDIC. When the direct deposit is recieved at the financial institution it is suppose to go straight to consumer on the day irs shows it was sent to customer. Mine on irs website says april 15 2020. Thats today and nothing. The only time it can be held is when financial institution get it early say like the 13th. Ypu could hold it till the 15th which is deposit day.

Do you have a cash card? I believe having a PayPal card is the only way to obtain a PayPal bank "account", via Wells Fargo. If so, you will need to locate your routing number and account number to start with. Next, to my understanding, is you will need to visit a different website and put that info in.
