Stuck in "Processing..." when trying to pay on mobile devices - How to fix?

Whenever I try to make a payment from my account on a Samsung Android device, via the eBay app, the payment hangs and sticks in "Processing..."

This used to be fine but has recently started doing it and has so far occurred trying to pay eBay for an item, and also an independent website for an item. The payment works fine on a desktop browser. I have tried reinstalling the PayPal app but it's made no difference at all. Can anyone help please?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues making a payment via eBay's mobile app. Thanks for letting us know you've deleted / re-installed the PayPal app. Have you tried the same with the eBay app as well? That might do the trick.

same problem here, get stuck processing from my iphone, the one of my wife and her iPad. It works from my macbook and imac.

Meaning that I can't pay anything when I'm not home.

 

so frustrating, any solution?

Hi, wonder any solution on that? Our client facing the same issue on Android. Our app redirect to paypal page in chrome, then client choose to pay for card, fill-in all information then click Continue. Then the screen keeps processing forever. This only happens to Android but not iOS and web. I believe the issue has been there for few weeks. So wonder any idea?
