TIKTOK money is not received in PayPal. It used to earlier.

I sent 1000 USD from TIKTOK 3 months ago it has still not arrived. I asked TIKTOK about it, and they say they have sent it from their side, and it's the issue in PAYPAL. Can anyone help me? Also, the problem came when PAYPAL notified me that the account was reaching the receiving limitation, but then i verified my account. The limitation was removed and I sent the money from TIKTOK, but it's not yet arrived. The transaction worked fine till then (from TIKTOK), but now i don't receive any payments from TIKTOK, but I do from other sources.

Hi @Sangita3,

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to receive your funds from TikTok. It's possible that they sent funds to your account before the receiving limitation was removed and then when it was unable to go through, the connection was severed from their end. I know you've contacted TikTok already, but the possibility may exist.

If that isn't the situation, please reach out to Customer Service for further troubleshooting. It may be helpful to attempt to receive a payment from another source prior to the contact, so you can determine if it's all happening with one source or multiple.
